3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing) solely to operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential.
4. Resume and CV Data
Your resume content is used exclusively for AI-powered job matching within Jobleo. We process your CV text to extract skills and experience for matching purposes. You may delete your resume data at any time from your account settings.
5. WhatsApp Communications
By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive job alert messages from Jobleo. You can opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by updating your settings or replying STOP to any message. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.
