By accessing or using Jobleo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Jobleo is an AI-powered job matching service that delivers curated job opportunities directly to your WhatsApp. We aggregate job listings from third-party platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed, analyze them against your profile, and send relevant matches via WhatsApp notifications.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Jobleo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscription and Payments

Jobleo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to scrape or redistribute job data, impersonate other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Jobleo — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Julian David Chisco Henao and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobleo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of job listings sourced from third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
